The Autumn term has been a busy one for Careers Fairs and we thoroughly enjoyed having the opportunity to meet over 4000 young people in schools across West Sussex. These fairs offer opportunities to share with young people not only ideas for career choices but options for apprenticeships and trainee schemes which they may not have been aware of.  It also connects local businesses and organisations to grow partnerships which often further increase opportunities and benefit young people and the local community.

Here is some feedback below

"There are so many great jobs to choose from."

"I learnt about a variety of jobs that I never knew."

"What qualifications you need to do the jobs."

“It was a very exciting and informative event for the students and we have received a lot of positive feedback from both staff and students. Students now know so much more about different careers, pathways and options available to them than they did before the fair.Bishop Luffa School – Careers Coordinator
