Big changes in local government spending on arts and culture
January 12, 2026

West Sussex Creative Collective – Do you want to make sure Arts & Culture in West Sussex is well represented?

Big changes are coming our way in terms of how decisions are made about local government spending in our county. Local Government Reorganisation and Devolution offer opportunities and challenges.

We want to ensure the creative professionals of West Sussex are represented and supported when decisions about resources for culture in the region are being made.

Our aim is to create a coherent picture of what the creative industries are in West Sussex and articulate clearly who we are and what we can offer in order to unlock potential resources for creatives in the county.
