Youth Advisory Board members from various theatres including the Almeida Theatre, Birmingham Rep, Chichester Festival Theatre, Leicester Curve, Nottingham Playhouse, Royal Shakespeare Company and Theatre Clywd, have formed the first National Youth Advisory Board (NYAB). The aim of the NYAB is to generate positive change by:

• Combining collective energy to advocate for a more inclusive industry
• Promoting the representation of young people and under-represented groups both on and off stage, in programming and decision-making 
• Sharing resources, ideas, and opportunities between organisations.
